We also liaise with your engineer on your behalf. We endeavor to provide clear and detailed advice regarding the conditions of sale and the obligations of both the vendor and purchaser. Once a purchase is complete we ensure that your stamp duty is paid that same day. We further guarantee that the transaction is submitted to the Registry of Deeds/Land Registry without delay.

Once we receive instruction to proceed we immediately obtain title deeds to your property and ensure that contracts of sale are issued as soon as possible.
